Turn Goals into Action
Lessons Inspire Growth!

With each day, we learn another lesson that inspires growth.

I took this picture the other day while we were hanging outside. Sure, the fall colors on the tree looked pretty and peaceful...AND my mini looked beautiful... but I thought that it captured the idea of personal and professional growth.

With 2020 coming to an end, I’m sure we are all reviewing our choices and situations so that way we can create a plan for an even better year come 2021.

My main goal, in case you’re wondering, revolves around growth. As a Business Owner the first thing that comes to mind is probably financial growth in my business...

...and although that IS part of my plan too, there are so many other areas that I want to grow in:

  • Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Leadership Style and Strategies

  • Self-Confidence

  • Communication

  • Networking and Relationships

  • Time Management

  • Setting Boundaries

  • Encouraging and Inspiring Others

  • Be more Positive

The list goes on and on...

So having a list is a great start... but what am I going to do to make sure that growth happens?

I’m glad you asked...

I’m going to create actionable steps with specific tasks and instructions that align with each goal I set so that I know how I will reach those goals. An example of an actionable step would be this blog post. I am setting aside some extra time to pour my heart out (and tire my fingers haha) to hopefully inspire someone out there to look inward and create an actionable step to reach their goals.

This... this blog post right here is already helping me grow.

What goals do you have for next year and what actionable steps are you going to take to get there?!
