Networking to Sales in 3...2...1!

Want to land more clients with Social Media? โ‡ฉ


Having a Social Media Strategy in place is great. That means you are creating content that your ideal client will benefit from AND are posting it when they are around to see it!


But you can't just post and expect someone to automatically buy from you (even though sometimes a post can easily generate sales...)


๐’€๐’๐’– ๐’‰๐’‚๐’—๐’† ๐’•๐’ ๐’‘๐’–๐’• ๐’Š๐’ ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐’˜๐’๐’“๐’Œ!


This means making time to connect with your followers & new leads to qualify them to see if they fit any of your programs, products, or services!


Example: Say you connected with another Business Owner and you reached out because they posted something that resonated with you so you wanted to show your appreciation. As a Bookkeeper who helps Business Owners stay financially organized, a lightbulb ๐Ÿ’ก might have already gone off in your head saying "Hey, they could use my services!" In that case they may very well be a lead for youโ€ฆ


...but as you get further into the conversation you soon realize that they really just need help with their marketing plan. So instead of pitching your high ticket bookkeeping offer, maybe (if it feels right) you simply tell them about your free Facebook group that provides Networking Opportunities where they could possibly find someone to do their Marketing for them! Not only did you provide a FREE resource to them, you also benefited by gaining a new group member that is your ideal client.


Remember: Just because they are are not a qualified lead now, does not mean they can't be later.

  1. How Often? - Commit to a certain amount of time / DM's or Comments each day.

  2. Who? - Think about your ideal client & their needs. (Will they benefit from your offer?)

  3. Why? - What made you contact that particular person? (Did they show interest?)

  4. What Action? - With your main selling goal in mind, try to transition them into a free call so you have an opportunity to chat with them & learn more about their needs. (This will allow you to pitch the right offer.)
